EMAS has been producing electrotechnical parts and automotive spare parts since 1969 in its own establishments with the technology to produce every product from design to final stadium.

Our company which serves to Turkish Industry since 39 years, is the main company of the group of companies operating in Production, Assembly and Marketing branches. EMAS is manifacturer of products adapted to electrotechnical and automotive sectors in an area of 14.000 m².

As electrotechnical; control buttons, various signal armatures, limit switches, Contaktor and thermal (overload), motor protection switches, mini, micro and button switches, level control switches, relay and socket, analog and digital timers, voltmeter, ampermeter, and frequencymeter, handle switches and by producing similar parts, in Automotive Industry Manifacturing specially original spare parts to main OEM’s, starter switches, light contact switches, switch for blinker, hazard warning switches, neutral gear safety switches, hom buttons, plug and socket.

In our company, due to having own moulding division in our factory, all design operations, mould solution and production are implemented by our technical staff.

In Addition, in order to enable EMAS’ client satisfaction to the top level, by benefiting from opportunities of the latest techonology, about 10 engineers constituted R&D department which carries out product, mould and automation designs with assistance of the latest versions of UNIGRAPHICS.

EMAS is still operating within a system consisting of excellent quality control unit for all materials, both internally in EMAS produced and also purchased from other suppliers. EMAS hasconstituted a modern storage system; storage constituted for raw materials, components and products is establishedin an area of 1500 m². Assembly operations of our products are realized in an extremly modern atmosphere. Our products undergo periodically quality control in different stages of assembly, in last stage some of our products are controlled completely (%100). As arranged seminars of training of personnel, "training of job" is applied professionally, too The only philosophy of our staff and our company is basically to attain the best and finest quality in every field of (business life).

EMAS has been exporting its products to U.S.A, Russia, Brazil, Germany, England, Italy, Poland, France, Ireland, Italy, Iran, Pakistan, Egypt, Algeria, Bangladesh, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Scotland, Ukraine, Jordan, Greece, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Albenia, Lebanon. Macedonia, Syria, Azerbaijan, Cyprus, Morocco, Romania, Mexico, Canada and Libya the products of EMAS’ whole production range are exported all around world through marketing companies.
